Alison Milne

Alison has worked as a chartered occupational and coaching psychologist since 2008 delivering many forms Organisational Development and people development.
Her work as an Organisational Development Consultant and Coach has brought her into wide range of roles in both private and public sectors including MOD, NHS, Oil and Gas, European Union, Construction Partnerships, Sports Charities and Manufacturing. Her initial culture work started in 1998 with BP working on safety leadership culture. Since then she has worked in executive coaching, designing and running leadership programmes, OD assignments redesigning services and dealing with conflict and burnout; and using a variety of psychometric instruments. She has also been involved in behavioural assessments and designing assessment processes in engineering environments.
Her work with compassion for self and others in coaching settings has also mirrored the research work she undertook in leadership adaptability.

Alison is highly attuned to the emotions and hidden complexities of people and their personalities, empathetic and skilled at developing all kinds of people, teams and organisations. She has a great combination of pragmatism and experience supported by a depth and breadth of theory. Her strong interest in OD and Systems Thinking add enormous value to everything she does. A great colleague and much admired by her clients.
